This problem is relevant to M110Pv2 instruments.
It will manifest as nothing happening when trying to cycle the machine and the hydraulics making an unusual "rattling" sound.
This will most likely be a power pack failure, specifically the coupling.
SOLUTION:
Replace the power pack. This job requires major disassembly of the instrument and can only be done by an engineer.
The customer will need to order a new power pack and a site visit. If they do order a new power pack, we must inspect the new one when it arrives carefully, as we have seen these power packs get damaged in transit on numerous occasions.
